SIAPA TEMAN DARI TEMPE GORENG?

siapa sih yang gak kenal Tempeh (tempe)? makanan hasil dari fermentasi kacang kedelai. sebenarnya saya tidak terlalu suka mengkonsumsi tempe karena kurang menyukai makanan bertekstur kasar. pernah tau selogan suka karena terbiasa? nah karena terbiasa mengkonsumsi jadilah saya suka tempe, baru-baru aja sih hehe. whenever I fell like doing a bit of deep frying, Tempe always ends up as my first choice. 

sebagai makanan yang murah meriah, dan mudah didapatkan. tempe selalu menjadi menu favorite di rumah. makan pakai sambel bawang enak ditambah sayur bening bayam pun juga nikmat. murah meriah. hidup makanan Indonesia!! :P

WELCOME 2016

New year is just around the corner!! before I say "happy" to welcome 2016, I have to ask this one first. how are your (esp. me) 2015 years resolutions going? are they all resolved? for me I'am still working at it, me being proactive because it got less than 3 months left to finish! it means that not all my resolution in 2015 are resolved, which is a bummer. 

we make resolution at the beginning of each year in an attempt to prevent the dregs of our past selves from spilling into the new. but no worries guys, I am excited to welcome 2016. yaaay!! enter the new year with the sharp itch of wanting to accomplish more and do better! lets see how far I can go. stop trying to fight back the creepy. be you, the real you! so let me say "happy new year 2016" may Allah be with you be with me, be with us at every step we take. Aamiin Bismillah. 

A NEW LOVE

Sebagai anak ke-dua dari ibu dan bapak yang jago masak termasuk adik dan kakak. saya cenderung anak yang terima-beresnya-saja soal makanan. karena ada mereka yang memasak hehehehe... For years I’ve had kitchen disasters. From the crunchy rice, to the brownies that wouldn’t bake (saat itu umur 14 tahun kalau tidak salah, karena tidak sabar ingin mencoba resep dari bulek), and the infamous uncooked sunny-side-up egg that gave my younger sister nauseated of egg in a week ahahha.

So now, I’ve just recently discovered a new love: cooking!! I know it’s probably something most people my age (24) have discovered a lot earlier in their lives. Unfortunately, I’ve never had the most remote interest in cooking. but it's not my first time cooking. even though i don't know how to cook. well, i kind of know the basics like frying and boiling but yea, that's all. karena terpaksa dan nekat saya masak deh.. dan iam in love walau masakan standar yah hehehe seenggaknya bisa untuk mengganjal perut. next coba masak yang lebih ribet degan bahan-bahan yang gak biasa aaaah.. in Sha Allah
